PADI – EFR (Emergency First Response)

The EFR course is a vital part of any diver’s journey. It teaches you how to respond confidently and effectively to medical emergencies, both in and out of the water. This course is not just for divers — it’s a valuable life skill for everyone.

You’ll learn primary care (CPR), secondary care (first aid), and how to handle emergency scenarios with calm and clarity. Through a combination of theory and hands-on practice, you’ll gain the confidence to assist others when it matters.

EFR is also a prerequisite for the Rescue Diver course and a great way to be prepared, whether you’re diving, travelling, or just going about daily life. No dive gear needed, no prior experience required — just a willingness to learn and help others.
